Some companies are born in garages. Some in boardrooms. Ignite Focus was born in a dorm room at 2 AM, somewhere between an empty Red Bull and a to-do list that wasn’t checked off.
We’re a group of people who got tired of choosing between feeling like a zombie and feeling like your heart might explode. The wellness industry kept selling the same two options: crash-and-burn energy, or a placebo with fad ingredients that do absolutely nothing.
So we did what any reasonable, slightly unhinged team would do. We looked at the gap, looked at each other, and decided to fill it with something nobody asked for but everyone needed. Thus a caffeine-infused wellness product was born.

Mission Statement
At Ignite Focus, our mission is simple: bring together a group of wildly different people with one shared belief, that you shouldn’t have to wreck your mind and body to stay sharp.

McKay Gerber, CEO
“Everything creeps up on you eventually. No matter how organized or how you prioritize, overtime daily life can be overwhelming. In college I struggled to focus a singular task without thinking about the next dozen things I had to complete. Energy drinks seemed to help but the crash after caused even more problems with sleep and overall health. There was a problem. That’s when I came up with the idea and founded Ignite Focus.”
McKay is the reason this all exists. Equal parts frustrated college student and visionary, he built Ignite Focus from a personal problem most people just accepted. As CEO, he keeps the team moving.
Brandon Cryan, CTO
Brandon is the tech wizard of the operation. If it runs, connects, processes, or does something no one else fully understands, Brandon built it. He speaks fluent code, has a talent for solving problems before anyone else realizes there’s a problem, and is the primary reason our infrastructure doesn’t simply cease to exist on any given Tuesday
Danyle Reed, CFO
Danyle came into Ignite Focus the way most great investors do. She had money to play with! A self-made investor with a legendary run at the slots in Vegas (yep, really), she recognized a good bet when she saw one and threw her money at Ignite Focus.
As CFO, Danyle brings financial instincts and “calculated” risk to everything she does.
Dean Javed, Intern
“I don’t know what to say here exactly. I’m just the intern.”
Dean handles things. Important things, probably. Marketing, content, the occasional task nobody else wants to do but Dean is there so he’s got it. He graduated from somewhere, landed here, and is… doing his best. We think he’s going to be fine.
